Please tell me about yourself in general and your individual needs and specific wishes. I will ask you about your expectations and goals concerning Ayurveda and health. You will also get a first impression of my work. We will discuss topics according to your interest: the Private Self-Care Program<\/span> (with focus on treatments alone) and the Private Health Program<\/span> (with focus on all aspects of Ayurveda and Yoga) and how it can ideally meet your expectations. I will explain the treatment\/course content, format and general course policy.<\/p>\n First and Second Follow-up Treatments<\/span><\/p>\n These first three treatments are ideally done within a time frame of 7-10 days or one treatment a week for three consecutive weeks.<\/p>\n Benefits:<\/span> The maximum benefits of the therapy can be felt and experienced.
